I do my typical "Bodhy Breakfast": An omelette made from four eggs, a few rashers of bacon, some sliced avocado and occasionally, a sausage if I need a boost of calories and/or protein.

But if I don't have time to cook my breakfast, I make a bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

Most days of the week I fry eggs and bacon and a slice of whole wheat.

Opted for a smoothie this morning. Bannana, pumpkin cinnamon, cocoa and milk...and oats

Hard tl believe I let my self go so terribly bad that it was not long ago I was waking up to a beer for breakfest..

Now that I have a clear head again it makes me sick to even think about. It's no wonder I looked so pathetic and without hope to others back then.

Anyone going through that you can break that cycle. Reading this RATFISH?

Das it mane. Potatoes are one of my main staple starches, especially when I cut. I might have potatoes almost daily.

Eggs, steak. Water, tea.

For those of you who eat carbohydrates for breakfast, unless you’re going to be exercising right after, look up the word siesta, that’s when entire countries and even continents shut down and sleep with their fat bellies for two hours right on the middle of the day, it’s ****ing pathetic, because in the morning these ****ing retards eat some white bread with coffee, so naturally there’s a blood sugar crash after that, so if you want to be fat, hungry and tired the whole day every day, definitely eat carbs when you’re not exercising immediately after, during, or just before the carbohydrate based meal.

Agreed. I don't necessarily crash, but I'm usually starving after only a couple of hours after breakfast if it's carbohydrate rich. I try to keep carbs mostly around my workouts only, even when bulking. Just feel way better and more satiated. (Super Ded fkn Srs)
