I know. Sadly my cock is the misc average though so no 1% here.

Trust me, my year is like a bottom tier year compared to most misc brahs. I had 5 fwb's bit cut 2 out just because of the headaches they were causing.

But you know you're mogging when you go to your local bank and demand a 2% mortgage rate when they are currently 8%...and they give it to you. I mean I took my hobby of making drink coasters to 7 figs overnight after I bought a youtube course. Kind of firing on all cylinders in life at this point, but it comes and goes.

Not sure why my OP is so hard to believe. It's 100% facts about my 2023.

I wasn't living in a basement apartment and it was a more modest place even though I could've easily splurged on a nicer place but I'm a frugal type. Main reason I actually moved because I started getting embarrassed of bringing new girls to there as I've gotten older. I had to upgrade
