This thing constantly loses its connection to the iPhone. Probably the worst PlayStation product I’ve bought. They usually make reliable products. Wtf is this trash. Anyone buy this?

I thought about getting one since they're on sale.
But all of controller gaming I do on mobile, I'd rather just do on iPad and throw in a small controller in my suitcase when travelling.
Are you sure you're not trying to use it with a case and it's obstructing the port?

I have one. Never had any connection issues. How is that even possible when you plug it in? Op probably has a case on his phone so it doesn’t fit properly.

Try the ps portal. You won't be able to connect to public Internet thanks to Sony's genius design but you can also buy a starlink and walk around with it in your backpack for a measily $120 a month. Sony realized Sonycels never leave their house anyways so decided not to put a browser on it. Smart move from that perspective, it's great for who it's for(aka retarded incel losers).
Fk the Good Poster Crew (Lockdev, Pink, Kimm, Wasps, Expatriot, Mulloway, Luc1fer, Smallpeter, gwg, Super Hercules, Bonobo, maori-rap, Based Bagel, ezmac31, Goobaa, Godfrd and many more). You know who you are.

It's not a Sony device, it just has a PlayStation edition controller
How tf are you losing connection when it literally plugs into your device?
I've had a backbone for over a year and it works perfectly on my Galaxy s20.
