You've got to wash your hands thoroughly after you're done lifting. The amount of phaqqots I see leaving the stalls in the lockerroom without washing their hands.

Piss and chit all on the weights. It's crucial to wash your hands, especially because my gym has a high density of street chitting ******

I do this and push up my sleeves if I'm wearing a long sleeved shirt. Also, continue drying hands as I'm walking out by rubbing them on my pants.

It depends on how clean and in order the sinks are. I've been at some rest stops where the sinks were filthier that the urinals, so I just use the hand sanitizer I keep with me.

The problem is the I still have to touch the door handle. This is where I grab paper towel, open the door, then toss it in the trash. I don't care if it lands on the floor because I won't be back at that place for awhile.
