Chasing tail in your 30s is retarded but if you can get that out of your system and put your energy into other endeavors with a good ROI then there’s nothing better than being single in your 30s
Date enough women and you’ll realize that they’re impossible to please and they will never love a man unconditionally. Women are hypergamous by nature and there’s truly no pleasing them.
It’s better to focus on making/investing your money and building stronger relationships with your family members and your male friends, rather than investing endless amounts of time and money into the modern woman.
Because if she’s not living her “best life” that she can show off to Becky, Stacy, and Sabrina on Instagram she will dump your ass, take your children, and take half your worth + the money you’ll be making in the future.
It’s a fools game to sign a contract where the other person gets rewarded for breaking it, and you’d be better off building a business, focusing on your hobbies, and being a cool uncle than blowing your money and your load into the modern woman.

OP your advice is good even for teens. Why waste your time and energy, mental and emotional state over relationships when all that energy can be focused on self improvement (educationally/physically).
If I could rewind time, I would have been more focused on the long term investment - self.
