for colorado that rent seems low. (based on the size of the house you've mentioned in the past)

Phoenix has absolutely brutal real estate these days.... We used to look at colorado like it was some overpriced chithole, but we are probably worse off in 2023 pound-for-pound when it comes to bidens inflation.
