There will now be a working Metro System that you can ride and take in the Night City view while going in between missions





-Improved boss fights - The last boss will now be more challenging. He'll be baring down on you more, and his sandevistan has a new animation which is similar to the sandevistan effect in Edgerunners

-New car chases and consequences for actions - If you kill a bunch of Valentino gang members for example, it could start a random event where you're just driving and suddenly they're going to start a vehicle combat with you

-New bikes (5 more) and you'll now be able to perform more stunts with them like flips and donuts


-You'll now be able to use throwing weapons likes knives and axes from a bike

-There's now going to be replayable car races (new ways to get money)


-New design to Johnny's Porsche


-New romance hangouts

-Portable radio

-Said there will be more, smaller additions that will be on the patch notes.

They also need to fix throwing weapons so they activate the slow mo perk when you slide and aim a weapon. Throwing weapons don't trigger it, only guns. Dumb.

They said that they don't have any plans for NG+ right now, so it won't be happening, at least not anytime soon.

But then again, their Global Community Director had this to say about Metro System last year and now we have Metro System


So I'd say NG+ is not 100% impossible to happen, but better to think of it as unlikely to happen.

Judy is kind of a bitch. I didn't handle The Clouds ownership issue like she wanted and she went NC on me. Which I guess is fine, I found the diving mission with her to be super painful slow.

But they mentioned the lessening of fluff on the screen and there will be more so we'll see if that will be included in 2.1

If anything I'm really surprised they never allowed players to customize their characters to look cyborgs like the person in the thumbnail. Similar to some of the NPC's you see walking around NightCity who are completely chromed out. Unless they already did and I didn't know. Haven't played Phantom Liberty or any of the new stuff

Jesus fk, boys. CD Projekt GOAT is at it again. Giving people more if want they want already having taken an already good game and brought it to another level. 10/10 the best studio out there, period.

Gotta hand it to CDPR for not abandoning this game, when it would have been the easiest and maybe smartest thing to do given the backlash. They really did come through in the end with this game.


Almost on par with Larian, thank god we still have studio's that learn from their mistakes and don't give up.

CDPR should just invest their time and effort into releasing a good version of CyberPunk 2 instead of continuing to fix and update CP1. But of course they can continue to fix bugs and try new things so long as they gain knowledge to make CP2.

You have to remember, this is mostly a campaign game, not a multiplayer game.

This is simply another case for the chit decision making at that game studio LMAO and another reason why I'll never touch the gayme. (unless they announce CP2)

Nah, I was one of the few people who thought this game was beyond saving and that they should have just put resources into their next game or for the sequel. However, from a PR standpoint they owed it to the fanbase to fix this game so that the next game would at least be in a better spot perception wise for sales. It's commendable that they did go through with it and at least bring the game to what they were talking about in the marketing phase.

They gained a ton of sales and people coming back after the 2.0 update + phantom liberty, so they did the right thing. It being a single player experience has nothing to do with the fact that it can't still gain or keep players from playing it ..... our resident cyberpunk ambassador has prolly played it like 5 times now.

I think you're too used to how most game companies are.

CDPR don't just release games and then forget about them and move on to their next project. Even if Cyberpunk 2077 released in a polished state with no controversy, they would have continued bringing new features to it, updates, officially integrating mods, etc.

We know that because of the Witcher 3 which was just generally loved by most. They could have just left it after it received so many accolades, and the fanbase wouldn't have complained but they still brought new updates/features to it throughout the years and still are.

If CP was a multiplayer game, I can understand people leaving and coming back because of certain issues, as was the case for me with Call of Duty Warzone Caldera - the game had lots of issues but it got fleshed out over time, I ended up liking Warzone Caldera alot before the greedy devs shut it down for good.

CP isn't a multiplayer game though. Any issues in the gameplay and additions to storylines are more magnified. Each version has to be fully fleshed out from the very beginning. That is why I believe they should stop support with CP1 and use it as learning platform for CP2.

A fully fleshed out CP2 would be alot better for PR and the game itself since a new feature can be experienced by everyone else all at once, instead of old CP1 players.

Modern warfare 2 was heaps and bounds better than Mw1. If someone was to jump into the COD series, they can start at mw2 instead of mw1. CDPR should just focus to make a great CP2 instead of worrying about the CP1 player base - if you say they own it to the CP1 players. Sometimes you just have to leave the wounded soldiers behind lmao and protect your healthy soldiers from the same misteak.

Dude, the game wasn't 9/10 when it was released. It was like a 5/10 on release, that's the issue. People don't give campaign based games a second try if its trash.

Old players have either left mid game and new player don't want to play since they've heard bad things about it. Which is why they should make CP2.

LMFAOOOOOOO. It was already EASILY a strong 8-8.5/10 when released. The new patches made it even better and the DLC was incredible as well.
