If you eat sausage do you prefer

Pernal old folks, bon Evans Tennessee pride etc etc?

Some can't taste a difference but I think each has a slightly different taste. With that said I go with what's on sale.

All the sausages i consume have to be at least 8 inches long and 7 inches in circumference, thats the ones that truly satisfy me. Just a nice juicy dark hot sausage filling me up and making me feel soooo good and full and satisfied. When i finish a sausage or 2 or 3 i want to sit back and relax or have a cigarette and have a bit of a hard time walking and i know ill feel it the next day as well. I love sausages.

I like to pick up pork shoulder when its on sale for .99c a lb and cube/grind it to make my own. I mix in Hi-Country seasoning and its perfect because its a hell of a lot leaner while still having full flavor. I stuff it in 1lb butches bags and freeze it immediately.

I also used the same equipment to grind up a few beef briskets into hamburger when it was on sale for 1.99lb over the summer
