The only people I heard say it was bad were people who didn’t even watch it. They just read the synopsis and say it was “woke” and “too long.”

People who did see it largely commended Scorsese’s work as another rich storytelling masterpiece, albeit not an action packed one. I haven’t seen it but considering Marty has never made a bad film in his life, I’ll trust that opinion.
