99% of people suck at losing weight because they're food addicts

Everybody likes to blame their metabolism and outside factors - in reality, almost everyone overeats and almost everyone likes to eat when they're emotional

Skinny people are not skinny because they have great metabolism. They're skinny because they're not food addicts. They only eat when they have a strong urge and often times ignore that urge. They also don't eat until they're full - they eat until the urge is gone and stop. Typically they don't snack or don't snack much

Everybody likes to blame their metabolism but in reality, overweight people have a better metabolism than skinny people. Body weight is number one component of how many calories you burn. Overweight people have destroyed their hunger hormones and are so severely food addicted that they don't realize 3000 cals a day is a lot to eat

Force yourself to do a 48 hour fast and you'll never crave sugar again as long as you dont give in and carb up.

Is the 48 hour fasting the essential part? Because every time I do keto and remove 100% of sugar and only get my carbs from vegetables my cravings for sugar skyrockets. I'm not big on sweets when I am not on keto.

The other side of the coin is exercising and people are not gasping for air and sweating like crazy after 1 set.
Low intensity training instead of high!

Those percentages are always debated, but i rarely see anyone during the week pushing with super high intensity.
No heavy breathing, lots of phone time, and no wet sweaty clothes.

Never understood how it's so hard to get in cals for skinny people.

3 tablespoons of oil 361 cal
4 eggs 288 cal
grind 100g of hazelnuts and sprinkle over omelette 628 cals
100 grams of avocado on the side 160 calories

That's a 1437 calorie breakfast right there.

thin people are used to only eating when the urge is very strong and because of that, it's very hard for them to eat beyond a reasonable level

3000-3500 calories is a lot of these people and they feel very very full

Same here, when I have tried very low carb my cravings get worse and worse. They say you get through it eventually, but 3 months in and I am still dreaming about pies and sandwiches.

Ignorance is bliss (srs). Went to the darkside and ordered big mac, double quarter pounder, just bought party size bag of cheetos.
