not terrible considering a large percentage of the population is obese and can't go up a flight of stairs without gassing out and HR exceeding 180+

the bar is extremely low OP

shoot for a 7 min mile

How you gonna steal my girl running away at an 18 min per mile pace?
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Dude, in the Army we would have giant brigade runs with thousands of Soldiers where the pace was so slow that it hurt your knees. We still ran faster than that. Guys with bad knees and fukked up backs ran faster, and it was never all flat. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

You're 140 pounds and run an 18 minute mile. You're a weak twink. I'd run a sub 6 at your bodyweight. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

So how tf we supposed to know what you're running on then and give you any kind of legitimate feedback? Is it a 2% slope gradual incline, or a fuking 45 deg mountainside full of scree? Fukin miscers I swear on me mum

The route is about a mile but the terrain is not flat brav

If I ran a flat mile I’d get it done in 8 minutes

Yea, what the fuk is this 18min mile?

I don't run for months on end, then get the urge to do it....run a mile in the 9-10 minute range, keep up with it for like 2-3 weeks, run like 2-3x a week, get to where I run a 6 minute mile, then quit and tell myself "yep, still got it"
