Can you beat this?

Blood pressure is 116/70 with a pulse of 61.

And I’m older than most all of you.

Suck on that.

Yes. I am the king of this game.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

Bro, I just recently tested 4. and 7. I was like wtf. Took a bunch of blood tests, MRI and a biopsy. They couldn't find any cancer but I still don't know what is causing it.

My blood pressure is high from illicit substances. I welcome my early death
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

My friend tests high too. Doc told him to retest with 48 hours off of the gym,no sex and not to literally ride a bicycle because the seat can irritate it.
Not sure if this would help you but so far I’m lucky about mine.

My doctor said they don’t even consider a prostrate an issue with a PSA under 1.00 and even then the normal range goes up to 4.0 but if I were you I’d go to a urologist for a second opinion like my bro does.

How old are you.

That’s a shame. I love my life and want to live it healthy for as long as I can. As soon as I’m not healthy and start to suffer. I’m out.

I've been to a neurologist and have had all kinds of tests. I do ride a lot but don't think it would be causing this. I'm too young for prostate issues though.

I guess the thought process is that a narrow bike seat can irritate it and cause false high readings.
As long as you are following up and staying on top of it that’s all you can do.

Most men don’t go to the doctor until they feel like death and sometimes that’s the end.
My insurance is so good I usually get two physicals a year because if something starts going wrong I want to catch it early.
It’s a shame more good men don’t care about their health.

I used to never go but getting old and seeing a lot of people around me having issues makes you realize no one is perfect forever.

Yup. That’s the only constant and guarantee in life. We all gonna die.
