Bethesda just wasted loads of time making starfield
Imagine they put that time and money into elder scrolls instead.
We gotta wait 15 years between elder scrolls games because they want to make some trash.
Fallout 76 new Atlantic city dlc > starfield.

It's the fukedest. Skyrim with unreal engine 5 would be the best. Full raytrace and the nanite tech will be insane. Implement some AI powered npc's, along with getting mod communities engaged from the start. Also, using a multi-player option or mmorpg mode like gta has. Epic potential. But realistically they won't do any of that and it will be a lame lamefest pandering to trannies and cucks that still drink bud light and have purple hair and worship Biden while giving head to a bottle of soymilk

Bethesda aren't even relevant anymore.
So many other companies have left them in the dust, their games just aren't as good as they were. If were back in 2011 maybe there's a reason to be excited for bethesda games, but in 2020+ ..... Nope, they're just a glorified bioware now.

Wasn't it one of the successful games of the year?
How much time did they spend making it OP?

In my mind, the last good game produced by Bethesda Games Studios is Skyrim. Not the special editions (2016), not the re-releases (2016 mostly, but beyond that too), not the Amazon Echo edition lol. I'm talking 2011. That's how long it has been since BGS did anything right. 12 years since a great game. Filled, in the interim, with either total flops or mediocrity. TES VI is their last hope for any relevance. I used to see Bethesda's logo or name, and it meant something to me. Now I see Bethesda, and I think "great another cash grab."

this youtube video actually captures ALL of the magic of elder scrolls game but is actually more enjoyable to watch and reminisce than it is to play the actual game
