Confidence is the biggest cope on the planet. Girls don't care about confidence if your ugly. And my confidence isn't really restricting me. I'm not shy at all. Nor am I afraid of rejection. I've been rejected over 1,000 times at this point.

And I'm putting all these surgeries on 0% APR credit cards and paying it off slowly. You think I just have all this spare cash sitting around? LOL, nope. I make 50K a year. Looks are important yes but they don't guarantee you are going to get laid

I'm telling you this from my perspective as someone who has always been physically attractive and even more so in my younger years but because I lacked true confidence I didn't have anywhere NEAR the amount of devotion from women that I have these days after I learned to master my self confidence

It’s hard to give you meaningful input without pics brah. People have a poor capacity for self analysis, so I can easily lead you astray by taking what you said at face value.

That said, your plan involving bimax (double jaw surgery) makes your goals fairly likely. Bimax is the most powerful singular thing you can do and is life changing.

Especially on Indians. Indians are characterized by short faces with excessively square short jaws. Also jaw recession. This gives a very ugly compressed look to the features. Getting a good bimax & genio with not only linear advancement but a solid downgraft is absolute gamechanging for virtually any Indian. For examples, check out face_surgery_parma on IG and look at some of his short face cases

Can’t comment on rhino without seeing your nose. Obviously being lean and softmaxxing will do a lot in itself

Overall, given all you’re doing, if you are indeed a 4 now a 6 is very realistic for you & your results will be life changing

Can't post my pics on misc for privacy reasons, but I sent my pictures to wheat waffles when I was 195 lbs in march. here's what he had to say about my face word for word :

These are your worst features in order of importance:
1) High bf% - although you’re not obese, there is still a bit too much
fat in your face covering definition particularly around your jawline
and midface. you have potential to be 5 if you lowered your bf%
2) Rounded cheeks
3) Loose hyoid skin – this and rounded cheeks are mostly owing to
high bf% too
4) Oversized nose
5) Slight facial asymmetry
6) Negative eyebrow tilt
7) Thin lips
8) Gonion isn’t sharp enough – it’s too rounded
9) Curved hairline
10) Possible balding, I'm not 100% sure on this one, but I'm including
it just in case. And although balding doesn’t directly impact your
facial attractiveness it still will affect massively how women treat
you.
11) Overly rough skin texture
12) Slight negative canthal tilt
13) Large eye-eyebrow length
14) Slight presence of eyebags



And yeah, I have a very short face. I have short face syndrome. My features are very compressed. My hope for Bimax is a result similar to this guy :
