Many Caribbean Islands sell them for a few £100,000.
Malta sells it for €600,000 (takes 3 years) or €750,000 (takes 1 year) but you also need to buy a residential property for €700,000.
Portugal had a golden visa scheme for €250,000, minimum stay of just 14 days a year, after 5 years you could apply for citizenship. I believe it's still running but they changed it recently and now residential properties don't count.
Cyprus used to give you a passport for €2,000,000 but the Russians ruined this.
US $800k investment creating 10 jobs will get you a green card after 5 years you can apply for citizenship.
Most other places you'd have to get a proper visa live there for a set time 5-10 years typically then naturalise.
