Liberal as in the definition from a few hundred years ago, yeah that's fine.

Liberal today as an authoritarian who thinks that big government is good, there are too many people and that must be remedied, covid response was actually not enough, Trump is Hitler, everyone who disagrees with you is a Nazi and its ok to be violent against Nazis, speech against dems is violence, trannys really switch their biological sex and should be making sure to sterilize your children against your will, etc. are evil.
