I get to sleep at night telling myself it’s a new system this year.

That said. Ovechkin. He’ll hit 40, but legit ever since 2018 playoffs he’s lazy. I get it but damn. Dylan Strome, Sonny Milano and Wilson are the only huge bright spots for DC. Carlson too. Shame he won’t end his career with a Norris. He deserved it a couple years ago.

My step-father flew into town a few years ago with tickets to a Jets/Penguin game. Since it was a complete sell-out the only tickets he could find online were 2 seats in the last row-upper-deck in the corner. The seat armrest actually turned inward.

And those damned seats cost $200 each.

Backstrom is done boys. He did his best with the hip surgery. Hasn’t officially retired but taking a leave from the team. I can’t see him coming back. He’s had a great career. Probably a HOFer. Stanley Cup Champ. Olympic medalist. Shame it’s happening like this but he has every reason to be proud and as a Caps fan he’s given everything to the team and more. No regrets.

The Jets were 10-1-2 in December even without our best goal scorer Kyle Connor.

Just hand us the Cup and we all can call it a season.

The funny thing is there isn't even an inch of snow here and I'm still wearing my Fall Jacket.

Love the team this year...turns out Dubois and Laine were the cancer in the locker room all along...Talk about IDGAF attitude.

Alot of this play without Kyle Connor too, and our special teams being garbage.
