If Someone Can Incline Bench 225 3x10

How close are They to 3 plate incline?

i'd say that if you can bang out 10 clean reps of 225 on the incline you can hit 315 on the flat for a rep or two if not a bit more

kinda idiotic to compare the two if you think about it. 10 rep range is more about endurance and utilizing glycogen, while a 1rm is about explosiveness and utilizing ATP. Plus the stress on your tendons
lifting isn't some linear type of thing, there's science behind it.
