Most of them are immobile and couldn’t eat if the enablers wouldn’t bring food. I’d bring them water and a small portion of grilled chicken once a day with steamed veggies.

Yes it boggles the mind. I was once a bit fat and it did take quite a bit of effort, tbh. I would imagine to be 600 lbs or so you would have to be CONSTANTLY binge eating.

In addition to people basically murdering them with food, imagine how much it costs. To consume that much every day has to be pretty damn expensive(relatively speaking since they all seem to be poverty). I can only imagine that once you get to that point your stomach is pretty much stretched beyond belief and the wiring is completely jacked up. So instead of the basic hormonal and other processes that usually dictate appetite and food, it all runs on dopamine with zero restrictions due to aforementioned destroyed stomach.

Wasn't there a miscer pretty much on the verge of being able to qualify for that show? Wetbreasts?

Also these type of shows reminds me of the show Hoarders how someone can live like that is beyond me.

I saw one episode where some woman had so much stuff it blocked one of her bathrooms and the bathtub had rotted. Also, the kitchen was roach infested, and inaccessible.

I recall an episode where a woman was hoarding in her two-story house. The house only had one bathroom and it was upstairs. She had so much junk in her house she couldn't go upstairs to use the toilet so she would **** in a plastic bag and throw it upstairs, ded fcking srs.
