First dessert thread of 2024. Made a slow cooker apple crisp.

Vanilla bean ice cream is the go to with this dessert but I'm not a fan of ice cream.

Here you go. I used fiji apples for this, but you can use whatever you like. I also bumped up my measurements for more flavor because I used 10 apples...had a bag I needed to get rid of.

Nope. I can't believe we're talking about this in my dessert thread but here we are. Sugary foods tip your PH levels so your manly juices will taste bitter. You need to stick with more acidic fruits to get rid of that bitter...things like pineapple, cranberries, lemon, etc...
