As a woman it hasn't been easy, especially as a working Mom when we were excepted to do it all--work full time, take care of the kids, go to the gym every night to be fit, remember every birthday on the husband's side as well as my side, plan every birthday party, go to every even at your kid's school. There's barely any time to breathe. It was much easier to be a stay-at-home Mom as I had the time of my life, but then we accumulated credit card debt.

Meanwhile my Grandma who graduated #2 in her class in Berkeley couldn't even use that degree because women didn't work back then except for nurses and teachers. My Mom finally had a chance whereas there were zero chances for my Grandmas.

Women couldn't divorce if the husband beat you because there was no way to support yourself.

There was a lot of sexual harassment in my 20s, especially on business trips.

A difference in the % of women vs men is not evidence of sexism. Women and men have different interests. Women choose to work in different fields, then bitch and moan there's less women in tech jobs. Are YOU in a tech field? Nobody is keeping you out. Women are favored over men 2:1 in STEM jobs to fill sexist hiring quotas and they STILL can't get women to apply/take the jobs. For women's tennis, yes, they should be paid more. My dream was to be a pro tennis player when I was young but a college injury killed that. I did get to play 1 pro tournament when I was 32 but got killed by an 18 year old lol. Women's tennis draws more sponsorships and attendees than other women's sports so they deserve more $$.No, they see the black man from the window and they're more likely to pull him over vs a black woman, white woman or a white man.
