Anybody else skip rest days?
Because a day without excersise feels terrible. I need to start every morning with exercise or its a bad day srs

No. I train to hard to do that. By the time I get to my rest day I'm literally on edge and cramping. Sometimes I'll go for a walk or do some light cardio though if I feel like doing something.

anyways, i used to be just like u boyo. Was doing 6-7 days per week. Some of the workouts were great, others were half assed.
problem with this is u start to develop imbalances, brain fog, dehydration, etc if u stick with it long enough. All that while ur lifts will start to plateau or even drop eventually
i would highly recommend to increase ur intensity and train to complete failure on each set but do lower volume

You right. I do that, i pick a movement & hit a feeler or two, then 2 sets to absolute failure & beyond.
Works way better than keeping chit in the tank doing 5s ect dumb ass RIR stuff.
