Is it alpha to have a big dog?

If I adopted a 100lb husky that looked like a dire wolf, would it be considered alpha strutting down the block with him?

I have a 100 lb long haired gsd they looks like a wolf other than color and people are always terrified of her till they know she's very friendly but I wouldn't get a dog to be "ALPHA"

Beautiful pup! I love the markings and how she has such a good balance of black and tan and how it blends along with some silver. Looks like she has some working line in her. The long hair is HNNNGGGG but I can't imagine the cleanup.

Now that I have a GSD I think they look like angels. srs.

When I see vids of them with their teeth out being all loud I'm just thinking "healthy vibrant dog with beautiful teeth" and see them attacking it's knowing what it takes to make them do that it's like "well trained confident K9"

hehehe love when I see miscers overestimate the weight of their dogs by a good 20 - 30 pounds

mine is a legit 145 and people assume he's closer to 180 - 200 while their german shepherd is also "100 pounds"

I think any dog makes you an alpha. Big or small.

I have a 85lb golden retriever and since getting him a year ago all my anxiety, OCD issues have slowly vanished. Dogs are amazing.

na she sitting right about 100 her head alone is bigger than mine. Alot of fluff. She was around 90 but I switched her food and she's gained weight

They are really good dogs if trained right. Super smart. I got her from some russians that spoke almost no english lol was tough even talking to them
