If I were to open a restaurant....I'd make it an egg sammich restaurant.

Just made this simple lil thing for after dinner snack:



*Hawaiian bread hamburger bun, pan toasted twice in butter
*Fried egg over medium
*2 slices Carolina Reaper cheddar
*Mayo

Fuk I love fried egg sammies.

Seriously contemplating how I'd run this. Just egg sammiches, choice of bread and cheese. Maaaaaybe id bastardize this by allowing something other than a soft yolk lol. Pot of coffee on the side for anyone wanting to sit down a bit.

Bacon ruins egg sammich IMO. Too crunchy. Messes up the egg right away. I eat my bacon on the side. Also bacon>sausage. The key is the simplicity.
