Have gained 11 pounds since quitting zyn....

Been two weeks feeling fat as fuk. This chit is the legitimate weight loss champ especially if you have to work long hours. Lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks, was down almost 40 lbs total in 5 months since starting new job.

Yes, very true. I've been off work a lot of days this month so I have been grazing a lot when bored lol. When working, very physical job+IF+not binging when I did eat=consistent weight loss. The zyn didn't do it, just made it possible. I'll do it again and record the process.

Are you talking about Oz*****? A lot of folks on Reddit are reporting high weight loss numbers. Mine have been slow—20 lbs in 6 months, probably due to my meds and I didnt exercise for 3 months with Covid and pneumonia.

Hopefully I’ll lost 30 moar lbs by the summer.

BUT you have to take it for life as most people regain the weight!!

For what it's worth I went from being a field tech on the road sitting on my ass most the day and eating every free meal offered at fast food places to a factory tech on my feet and sweating bullets 10-12 hours a day bringing leftovers to work-first two months I didn't even eat lunch lol. Zyn made the transition doable, with the circumstances.

Properly dieting / actually losing body fat takes more time esp if its 30-40 pounds of fat

Well I didn't claim it was fat. And water weight weighs the same. That does explain why I massively slowed down after 2 months. I'll do it again and log this chit by the day.

Zyn=nicotine pouches. Not quite a banned "drug" yet. Also I took my holiday time as an opportunity to quit....which might have been the worst time.

I'll log this chit again, unfortunately since I'm starting from a lower weight the numbers will be less dramatic, but I'm confident I'll be able to lose 20 more pounds in 6-8 weeks (I'll shoot for 30 in 6 months) with no other actions other than zyn, ordinary work, and an IF eating schedule.
