I think they have the most well thought out responses I’ve seen on contemporary misc.

Hope they do a collab AMA thread

Based on my athleticism and strength, I would say most men other than men that have actually been trained to fight. 90% (srs).

Shucks.

You familiar with Lightsarefallen OP?

He seems super grounded with plenty of perspective.

Yes. My only qualm is when he laughed at me for describing the misc as a place of rich discourse with respect for diverse opinions.

I'm by far the most intelligent person on this forum

Which is exactly why I know it's not worth my time to give advice to someone too incompetent to follow it
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

When doing barbell back squats, should I go ATG or slightly below parallel?

Thanks brah. I’ve seen arguments for both so I’m trying to figure out which is better for me.

Latverian is a nice guy and I like him but he’s not someone on here I’d personally go to for advice (no hate)

I’ve got the flexibility for ATG and can do it comfortably, but if I can make gains with just breaking parallel, why bother?
