And from your quote above:
Another study estimated that the incidence of myocarditis following smallpox vaccination (13.2 per 100 000 vaccine doses) is much higher than the incidence following COVID-19 vaccination (Table S1; per 100 00 persons receiving the first 2 doses, median of1.9 for BNT162b2, 3.5 for mRNA-1273), influenza vaccination (0.13 per 100 000 vaccine doses), or other non-small pox vaccinations
I guess we’ll just have to give it a few years.

See the CI's? No? Do you know why?
The paper you shared, which is a nice paper, did not compare rates of myocarditis between vaccines. Rather, it evaluated the safety and risk:benefit of covid vaccines.
The authors concluded kids should get vaccinated.
The meta analysis I shared directly compared rates of myocarditis between types of vaccines.
The authors concluded, and demonstrated, no difference.
But lol.

And now we can move on. But first I’ll actually post something we can both agree on. At least this thread has shifted to actual topics like which vaccines carry more risk instead of which number appeared in a music video.

JLC either is directly, or friends with/posts with Anachron. They both have the exact same posting style, so it may be that Anachron just realized it’s easier to troll here by taking an extreme pro-vaccine stance instead of the other side due to the views of most posters here.

I don't think you'll find I'm "pro vaccine", whatever that means.
I prefer to point out and address the holes in said narrative.

Like the narrrative that over 20% of people who get covid have symptoms two years later?
You share lots of stuff that is clearly wrong, and if you are as smart as you claim you would see it immediately. Yet you post and stand by it way longer than just about any other person would. So that just leaves trolling as a reasonable explanation.

That covid is not now, and never was any cause for concern, for anyone
That vaccines and masks are cause for grave concern.
That anyone who disagrees with the above is a freedom hating communist/cuck/homosexual.
Just lol at devout partisans
Double lol at sharing stuff they don't read or understand. Or simply rely on trust me, bro. Which many bros do. That's triple lulz.

There were/are data examining effects beyong acute infection and which suggest a range of long covid rates. GBD/let-it-rippers don't like those data.
See the first tenet of the misc narrative described above.

It’s all a matter of perspective.
With the snippet here -- Yeah, we should all be looking at a lot of things. All Cause Morality skyrocketed the past couple years since covid (and the lockdowns and then later the vaccines), but even prior to that health was going down, disease ticking upward, obesity rates higher and higher, etc... sedentary lives (ie sitting all day at a desk) that's part of it along with horrible diets, fake processed foods and such.
While I don't get worked up about either covid or the vaccines, one thing I do feel strongly about is being strongly against the lockdowns -- see above, but those problems (with exercise, lifestyle, bad diets) were only compounded and we opened the floodgates to mental health issues. Some other thread I see some kid went nuts and shot up another school, people are quick to blame or defend guns, well -- how about we talk about isolating young growing minds from society for a year and see what happens? We know anxiety, depression, suicides and all markers for mental health went way the **** up.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Here are some recent ones:
Incidence of long COVID-19 in people with previous SARS-Cov2 infection: a systematic review and meta-analysis of 120,970 patients
"The incidence of any long COVID symptomatology was 56.9% (95% CI 52.2–61.6). General long COVID signs and symptoms were the most frequent (incidence of 31%) and digestive issues the least frequent (7.7%). The presence of any neurological, general and cardiovascular long COVID symptomatology was most frequent in females. Higher mean age was associated with higher incidence of psychiatric, respiratory, general, digestive and skin conditions."

It's a hot night. The mind races. You think about your knife: the only friend who hasn't betrayed you, the only friend who won't be dead by sunup. Sleep tight mates, in your quilted chambray night shirts.
