Great. Your macro counts don't take into account preservatives, artificial colours or flavouring agents, thickeners etc - a lot of which are carcinogenic

Absolutely braindead as usual - cook real food like a big boy you lazy kunt

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Not healthy and not filling but they are quick and easy to make, taste pretty good, are very cheap to buy, and leave no cleanup as you can just toss it out after.

I usually keep a few in the freezer for when I just have 0 time and need something almost instant and did not have a chance to meal prep. Say if I was out of town all weekend, when I usually do my meal prepping, and end up working 12h day unexpectedly. They can do the job in a pinch. Just add a protein shake to hit your macros. Not something you should be eating even semi-regularly. I'll probably eat once every 1.5 to 2 months, but when I do, usually eat 2 in a sitting (again, not filling). Still generally quicker, cheaper, and healthier than ordering fast food in these scenarios.

Once in a while it's fine. But if you're resting more than 3 of those a week, somewhere along the line you went wrong.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
