Could Oak Island be the worst show ever ?

I swear it’s gotta be the dumbest show I’ve ever watched . My coworker got me into it , and they never find much of anything significant.
I lol when they sift through chit coming out of a hole they’ve drilled , and they get all excited when they find a sliver of wood .
They go , holy chit wtf god almighty that shouldn’t be there? Then break to commercial.
When they come back from a dozen commercials , as always they’ve got jack squat to show you lol .
It’s like how in the fuk is this series still on ? The only treasure was found 10’ deep decades ago by another land owner , and now your too late boyos .
But let’s spend another few million for no apparent reason lol

If they actually found something, it would be in the news and you’d already know about it

But maybe you can watch these shows and just pretend they’re about to find something.

Srs I talked with my friend and he’s hooked on that crap. Claims there’s some huge news coming out soon and they can’t say they found it because they all had to sign disclosure agreements and chit before the big reveal .

LMAO! I have a good friend and her fav show is Ancient Aliens. I hate that show with my every being. They're touring this year so I bought us tickets (her xmas present,) to go see Ancients Aliens Live. Omg I can't even...

They spent millions wind tunnel testing , electron microscope , 3D renderings , and computer modeling of that nonsense to see if it could have flown , changing the way we think about the evolution of flight lol .

This is what I don’t understand. That show cannot possibly be generating enough cash to pay for all that chit ? I mean those drills alone would be in the tens of thousands a day

I watch it, and while I think they find some interesting things there is no treasure. But even I have to admit all the kooks they bring on the show with their crazy theories really destroys what little credibility the show has. They've dug some with some 12' caissons before, if they were really interested in digging whatever is there up they'd drop a grid of caissons over the Money Pit area. If there really is something there they'd find it pretty quick.

The production company pays for most of it, Nova Scotia pays some of it, and a couple of the guys are legit millionaires and do some self funding. The show wouldn't still be on the air if the production company wasn't making money from it.
