Dieting doesn't have to be a chore. It can be tasty, fun and challenging.
Following from another miscer's thread complaining about dieting being a chore and "sacrificial". I think this is the wrong way to look at dieting. Instead, it can be something that is fun and a way to exercise your creativity.
I struggled with dieting for ages because I fell into that mindset. Eventually I realized you can live a proper fitness lifestylewithdelicious, tasty meals.
For example, here are two fitness meals with high protein and fit to a 40/40/20 macro breakdown, from Bodhy's Kitchen:
Mongolian Beef with Rice:

Prawn Linguine with Creamy Garlic Sauce:

Both meals hit around 550-600 cals, and are fuggin'delicious. I look forward to eating these with no guilt either, since it's a positive force for health and the physique.
Hit me up for some other delicious recipes if you like. There's a way to turn any food you love into fitness-appropriate snack or meal.

I lift pretty seriously, and i think this food looks pretty unpalatable (to me), but i'm sure they're good macro wise. Meat + pasta/veg is a pretty standard combo for solid macros. If you like it, ultimately that's all that matters, but i don't really understand the emotive response to people not having the same taste in food to you... lol :/
It seems you just got unbanned, do you need to be so angry the moment you returned brah? Good to see you back tho (srs)
I do admit though, seeing 'chit smearer' comments in every one of your threads is getting tiring.. i wish people would confine their beef with you to a separate thread or at least come up with new material.

And the appearance you seem to dislike is all due to the smartphone camera, it just isn't good. The food would look much better with proper photography, which I have neither the equipment nor inclination for.
The meals taste pretty good, and that's the point. They're not gourmet fine dining michelin star experiences, but they're a lightyear away from bland ass plain chicken breast/broccoli another poster was complaining about. These meals fit a calorie sensitive, high protein requiring, macro-ratio requiring diet.

The appearance and taste of food will be down to the individual anyway, ultimately what matters is it's palatable to you and has good macros, which im sure it has.
I also don't like seafood, which is a big part of why i don't like the prawn one

But i often use the same template as you for meals; meat portion, veg portion, carb portion with some flavour injected, but i frequently use lean beef, steak or chicken.
Anyway, welcome back

Swordfish, though, man.....that's almost like eating a tender steak. Great food.
Let me know your favourite dish and I can make a fitness version of it. I've made quite a few fitness versions of popular takeaway style dishes, even nachos/burgers etc.

There's always a few good posters around that these angry morons are trying to neg into the red for no reason at all.
And nor did I get negged for "frauding". A miscer who received my PhD transcripts came out and ruined the haters, after which they dropped their angry squealing and moved on to the next sperg trigger.

Nothing better than some schmuck displaying their two ingredient dinner like its something groundbreaking. Try incorporating some vegetables besides cut up celery lmao. That looks like a lunch for a middle schooler with undeveloped taste buds.
A pile of white rice... damn bro, trail blazing out here.

Similarly for the linguine, there is a workaround to getting a creamy sauce without using cream and it takes a few ingredients. And it has spinach in it, too.
The complexity and genius here is fitting all of this to specific macro and calorie requirements, not the amount of veggies one uses. Thanks for being an effing downer.

Here's another meal. A Korean chicken burger:

This is also calorie and macro friendly even though it looks like a takeaway burger. It's a potato bun, some coleslaw, some lettuce, a chicken pattie in a Korean glaze and topped with a delicious burger sauce I made with gochujang (discovered this stuff a few weeks ago and love it).
The key is that I baked the chicken and didn't fry it, and I crumbed it in smashed cornflakes.
Cept this one goes a bit overboard with the burger sauce, to be properly calorie conscious it would need one tablespoon of sauce and no more.
