Anyone Torn their Psoas before?

I did it about 6 years ago on last warmup set of squats where I had been sentry and inactive all day before that. Worst pain I've ever felt, took about an hour to crawl to my phone and call someone to take me to the ER. Didn't do any physical therapy after which was probably a bad mistake. Now suffer from constantly tight back and right now I'm lucky to be able to deadlift twice a month and running is even worse, been about a year since I've been able to run more than a mile (back locks down to point where I have to just keel over if I try to go further). Measley reps to anyone who has and how they got back full functionality from it. Strained a bit a few days ago on my last warmup set of deds a few days ago, and just so tired of having this.

No bro I never have and I can’t even imagine the pain you’re in.

You definitely need to see a physiotherapist bro.
