If I owned a business and I once did, I hired the best person for the job and most of the time it was not an American. The younger ones for the most part just do not want to work so I hired people that would cause me the least stress and actually help grow the business.

My strategy paid off. Sold the business 5 years ago and owned my own time ever since.


I would still do it this way today.
