Depends on your environment, protocol, other issues, etc. Libido was never one of my issues when I started, but trt definitely elevated it. On NYE I set a new record for four smashes(and orgasms) in less than 24 hours….yes with a woman. Lots of people seem to still have issues though, and as I mentioned there are always many factors. I’d say stress is probably the greatest killer of libido, so maintaining a stress free life can be key.

No way in hell your libido should be lower.

A lot of TRT clinics are just cash grabs, and a lot or urologists/endocrinologists do not specialize in testosterone optimization, so you end up with some really odd dosages and ancillaries.

The standard is one 200mg shot every 2 weeks. That's pretty ridiculous, and I can see it causing some libido issues.

Some doctors also do not like to see E2 elevated above the range even a little bit, so they just people on arimadex(which is also the worst, it's just cheaper than aromasin). Estrogen plays a part in libido, and not having any is pretty fooking awful for you.

I just buy UGL stuff and get it tested before use - never had a bad vial - and cruise on 150mg a week pinned M/W/F - far more stable results than 200mg every two weeks

This blast has been 400mg pinned EOD and it's worked well - but even on cruise TRT doses I feel like I'm 17 again at age 39

Yes, drive went up drastically.

Morning wood everyday again and sometimes it was so hard that it hurt.

Stopped taking it because i was tired of constantly donating blood due to increased RBC levels.
