Here are ambiguities that would arise without your definition. Are there trans people who are women? Are there intersex people who are women? Are biological XX phenotypical males women? Does it matter if it was done artificially or happened naturally? Depending on how you answer these, it can change the answer to your stupid question.

BTW there are more intersex and trans people than there are police officers in the US. Just a fun fact I wanted you to let sink in.

Most coronaviruses spread via droplet transmission. It's now known SARS-COV1 and SARS-COV-2 were both airborne. This was not known in 2019 or for most of 2020.
