I don't mess around much anymore it just isn't worth it to be annoyed the whole next day.
At least once a month, but only on fridays when I know i'll be in close proximity to a bathroom, lol. Everyones a bit different. Some people just get stomach cramps and bloating, but not me. I get immediate explosive diarrhea about 30-45 minutes after eating the dairy heavy meal. I can sprinkle a bit of cheese on a salad and i'll be fine, but if i'm drinking a milkshake or some saucy pasta dish made with heavy cream, i'm in trouble...

In my case I get constipation for like the next 24 plus hours.

I'll feel like I'm taking the biggest **** in the universe and once I finally push it out it's like the size of a marble.
