Lol @ thinking anyone in tech, engineering, etc is dropping out.

It's the high-school graduates and dropouts who don't have an incentive to work chit service sector jobs with low pay. So yeah, no one's gonna notice if the guy in the restaurant bathroom who hands you the paper towels quits because he can't get laid.

The mega-corps like Google, ********, Amazon, etc probably won't be affected too much because AI will takeover all those officecuck jobs in the near future. Soon, they'll probably launch some sort of AI subscription service where other corporations can replace their cubicle staff with AI to reduce costs.

Society would only notice a lack of tradies - plumbers, electricians, construction workers, truckers, HVAC techs, welders etc... But these jobs are easily replaced with the migrant hordes invading our Southern Border.

Has BBMG ever said what he did for work? I know he was always quick to tout his Ivy League education, but did that education translate into a high skill job that was hard for his employer to replace?

A lot of tech guys are single. Once they get laid off and aren't able to find a job they will either go NEET or become a burger flipper.

I'm interested in this for a few reasons, mainly because it reflects my situation. I'm NEET with no motivation and society just doesnt realize this is becoming more and more common despite it being a very big problem.

I was considering it, I wanted to take some time off because I had enough savings and didnt have a reason to work. But I figured layoffs might be coming so may as well get some severance/benefits

Have you thought about looking into anti-depressants as a temporary measure? I'm being serious. You're not motivated to do much of anything, you blamed it on a lack of dating options, but then an option came along and not only did it not motivate you to look for work, but you're not even motivated to try and date her.

It's quite possible there's a chemical imbalance that's at least worth looking into.

I'm hoping he prescribes me wellbutrin for depression and buspar for my anxiety.

I'm sure my problems in life in general is a chemical imbalance. I don't wanna be miserable 24/7. Antidepressants and a shrink won't help me get laid, but it'll make me happier about life I guess

Anything that improves you will increase your chances of getting laid. Plus articulating this with another human, who won’t be as harsh as we all are here (because this is an internet locker room) will probably make you feel better.

It’s a very big step in the right direction. Takes a real man to take this step, so congrats on getting things going in the right direction.

I've never done therapy. Honestly should have done this at 11 since I've been miserable at being ignored by girls since I was 11 years old

And I'm scared as fuk to tell the shrink I'm an incel. I'd be super uncomfortable telling an actual person I don't get laid.
