I also agree that therapy should be included with medication. Many psychiatrists won't work with you unless you're seeing a therapist.

Good for you! The one that begins with a W tends to cause a little weight loss, not weight gain. The others can cause weight gain. B does hardly anything, but the Dr. will be able to evaluate you and people all have different reactions to different medications.

I'm seeing a shrink without ever having to go to a therapist

I just want my medicine. Nothing the shrink says it gonna make my life better. I'm miserable because I can't get women. Unless the shrink gives me new looksmaxxing tips nothing he says is helping me. Only the pills he prescribes me will mentally help me

If you want medication, then the only one who can prescribe medication is a medical doctor, who is a psychiatrist.

There are side effects with medication and it's not like medication alone works for people. They aren't just "happy pills".

A psychologist or therapist can provide therapy without medication.

I've seen incels on here say the same thing about therapy. Many therapists couldn't understand why the guy struggled so much with women.

Because therapists are usually boomers. They won't know the Gen Z struggle when it comes to dating. Most Gen Z girls despise Sub 5 men. If your a Gen Z dude outside the Top 20% your pretty much invisible

It was much different for your average boomer therapist who got his girlfriend/wife just by existing as a 5/10 dude.

If losers stop work and NEET (if they can afford to through living with parents or having mad cash savings by being a railway mogger) there are plenty of people that will gladly take the job whether it’s a random ****** or young person looking for a job.

Agreed.

But I do have to say another big factor for inceldom you seem to forget/ignore is a strong loss of social skills in the younger generations. I would argue it's a bigger factor for inceldom than looks. That said, looks (includes race, height, face, etc) is of course a strong factor too.

Project much? What you're experiencing goes beyond just normal laziness first of all. If you can't even bother to try and get laid when you made that a part of your identity practically, then there's something off. What im doing is what a lot of men are now doing. It isnt just me. Read the book I posted. this has happened before, it will happen again. Men without dating or family prospects stop giving a phuck.

I would try to get laid if it wasnt virtually impossible and I could get someone I actually liked with reasonable effort. I'm not killing myself for fat chicks.

And me and BBMG are both out of school, so thats not an option

Whens the last time you went to a bar or nightclub with mostly 18-25 kids? I'm 23 so I went to bars and nightclubs fairly often. I never see Sub-5 men getting action. It's always tall white dudes who are going home with women at these venues

Face the facts : Me and BBMG are out of options. Online we aren't viable, but we aren't viable anywhere else either

Dating app data is the best you can get because its based on anonymous behavior. Women reveal that they only are attracted to a small% of men. Thats the truth.

I have absolutely no clue why people try to pretend like it doesnt count. It does. Women are only attracted to a small % of men.

But if you insist, here is an example not on the apps of women being extremely picky on looks and height. Let me guess, it doesnt count!!!!
