Just curious. Seems like this became the "Over 35" Misc by default.

I'm 28, although sometimes I forget my age. Spent the first quarter of being 27 thinking I was still 26. Don't really celebrate birthdays though.

28 but I've always felt on the younger side when it comes to miscer community. There's some people between 22 and 26 still, I think davik is like 25, though you'd never guess with his doomer mentality.

Its the natural order of things, partner. Vital for the well-being of the community. Not a good look to have a bunch of decrepit 40-year-olds on an internet forum, trying to prove to each other that they're not losers in life. Why would anyone under the age of 30 come here? vBulletin is antiquated and outdated. "browsing" niche internet forums in itself is an outdated practice. Most younger people (<30) are scrolling on social media or at best using reddit.

one of the primary complaints about reddit on these forums is that "its too complicated" The only people that think its "too complicated" are people over the age of 30 that grew up using vBulletin. To a young kid, reddit is intuitive and has everything they need instead of looking for a "car forum" and a "weightlifting forum"

I hate to break this to you, but internet forums outside of reddit are an old concept. You're in a niche just for being on a forum other than reddit, regardless of being 20, or 70.

Too bad reddit is so insanely over-moderated by extreme leftism that it's completely useless the moment someone finds a way to mess up a thread by bitching about politics. Their up and down voting system that burries unpopular (but not necessarily wrong) replies is total horse chit, too.
