Tampa/St. Pete Vs. Miami

Google Maps was a mistake. Man wasn’t ready for satellite imagery because I’m seriously considering moving from my snow infested chithole state for GOATED Florida. With that being said any Tampa or Miami brahs wanna tell me which is better to live in?

The deportation/execution squads will inevitably deal with them eventually. Enjoy California!

In terms of CoL between those three...

Tampa > St Pete > Miami. Tampa is noticeably cheaper, especially if you're willing to go to the outskirts, or even Riverview/Lakeland. St Pete CoL is pretty expensive, but cheaper the further inland and north you go (essentially going into Clearwater there's cheaper housing, or further north into Spring Hill area which is redneck bumpharkville cheap). Miami is just straight up expensive.

In terms of things to do and location...

Miami > Tampa > St Pete. Miami has lively night life, beaches, the keys, the most cruise departures, but is the danger zone for hurricanes/flooding, and highest crime rate between the three. Tampa is a nice location because it's in the middle between St Pete / Clearwater beaches, and Orlando, has Raymond James stadium and Amalie Arena, Ybor, Soho, Gasparilla. St Pete has more of a baseball scene, decent night life, great beaches, lowest crime rate of the three, but it's further from a lot of great places than Tampa is, also has more old people I'd say.

Sorry brah, but you have to be mentally deficient to even consider Miami. Gulf coast is where it's at. Less urban youths committing violence.

Florida's great if used in moderation. I love visiting the Tampa area and hanging out with friends and family, going out and enjoying the weather, and busting nut at the strip clubs. The state is also ghetto as fuk, infested with sex offenders, grifters, and mentally deranged drug addicts, and they get like a half dozen hurricanes a year. It's Russian roulette if you decide to live there.

I'd do Tampa/St Pete before Miami, but it depends on what you're into and how much money you make
Jacksonville is a pretty good value, cheaper, still has beaches and similar weather, and its been growing. Pensacola as well, better value

This is God's waiting room. There are new openings every day.

Grew up in Tampa, don't live there anymore but still have a house there to visit family. It's a great city but has experienced an enormous amount of growth in the past few years. Tons of good food, **** to do, close to beaches. Getting very expensive though. Miami, unless you are worth 10m++ is probably a pretty **** place to live, but a fun place to vacation.
