Not the case. All my old good friends who make over 100k a year all played D&D religiously and magic the gathering and collected comic books. ,played video games etc etc.

Played D&D a few times back in the 80's. Most of my friends were really into it, but I thought it was just ok. I still have a folder with my old character paper work.
I do recall the small groups of bible thumping lunatics crusading against the game thinking it was the spawn of satan.

That's one of the biggest hurdles when it comes to the above is finding a good game . It's not as easy as one would think.

I havent played since the 90s but I still have an interest in it. Had a look at the new system, its super complicated compared to 2nd edition etc
I still have my old character book, but gave away all the rule books...played Magic the Gathering and Vampire masquerade back in the day too as well as Warhammer Fantasy. Was a huge Fantasy geek back in the day. Now I just play Warhammer total war on da pc
