so yeah they are enabling it, using US tax dollars to go to court, sold border wall materials at pennies a dollar (wasting more US tax revenue), used every court to stop the last POTUS from securing it, not doing their duty, chitting all over Americans
mind blown that this is a thing

Weed is still illegal on the federal level, but many States have circumvented that and made it legal. Should it still be illegal until the govt sorts it out and officially makes it legal?
Of course the difference here is the opposite is true, govt has completed abandoned the federal laws on immigration/border, while States like TX, try to enforce it.

Not civil war obviously, just a state asserting rights it has, since the federal government isn't enforcing its own laws. People are pouring in from all over the world. India, China, Africa, and of course Latin America. My wife mentioned how she went to a local Walmart the other day and before she even got out of the car a dude speaking very broken english was asking her for money. Not a spanish speaking accent. She got hit up by a woman for cash before entering the store too, also not a spanish broken english accent. Same thing happened when she was leaving the store. We're not in Texas. The WORLD is entering the US because the Biden Admin has not only let them in, they're paying NGOs to bring them into the US and spread them across the country.
To me this is the biggest political problem facing the US. Good on Texas for taking action. "But the US is a nation of immigrants." Funny, I missed the part in history books where the people coming in through Ellis Island snuck in illegally, then were given a cell phone, a Visa gift card to spend, and when they arrived at specific cities they were fed and housed for a long time at taxpayer expense. I guess I also missed the part in the history books where the federal government was paying to bring some of them in, then flying them around the country as they wished. I'm not against immigration; my wife is an immigrant (came here legally as a child). We can have immigration, but the way illegal immigration has been allowed to flourish since the early 2000s and especially the last 3 years is a historical fukup.

I don't see how the SC could rule any other way than in favor of the government. Should be a quick ruling.
That said who holds the government responsible if they don't "defend the Constitution"? Voters and Congress... and the Republican swamp creatures already showed what they're willing to let people like Trump do.
In this case Dems need to hold Biden accountable for the border. We are a nation with borders, they should be protected and immigrants should not be allowed to cross the border and stick their hands out wanting to be arrested so they can roam the country. Hell, Democrats and Republicans are actively trying to pass a bill to allow all of them to get work visas... it's what we need now for businesses to be able to hire enough workforce, but very clearly not fixing the issue.

This is the stance (8 U.S.C. § 1158 - U.S. Code) of congress:
(1) In general
Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien's status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 1225(b) of this title.
There are some games (title 42) to be played with exceptions and whatnot, but until the general principles are revised we're absolutely retarded to be upset that immigrants are using our laws to their benefit.Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien's status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 1225(b) of this title.

If it's the federal government's "responsibility," then every single individual responsible for their dereliction of duty should be on trial and investigated for why they are willing to betray the country and the American people.
As for the libs, thentheycan take in all of these migrants. Oh wait, when they're bused over to them they pitch a fit and tell them to go somewhere else. Perhaps it's time to start busing them directly into Washington D.C. so the politicians who enable all of this to deal with them.
It's shameful that we have veterans on the streets while illegal immigrants are being hosted in hotels; those hypothetical F-15s should be pointed at those behind these waves of illegal immigrants.

The entire scenario raises questions over the entire notion of law and order specifically under the federal government if it refuses to uphold onlysomelaws, especiallywhen the government will not uphold the laws against non-citizens explicitly acting against those aforementioned laws. So, what exactlyisthe point of being an "American citizen" if the laws only work against you, while undocumented criminals are allowed to roam and act freely, be housed and fed at the expense of the actual citizens, and as a cherry on top, the federal government then lashes out againstthe citizensif they try to uphold the nation's own laws?

As it is, the vast majority of people who immigrated to the US legally were given absolutely nothing, so they had to integrate the hard way and work to scrape by. Now, American citizens across the board are being left dead last in all respects by our own government while flagrant criminals are being rewarded at everyone else's expense.

It's an invasion, so time to treat it like one until the opposing side learns the word "retreat."

TBH, whenever that happens it’s usually you. Reread what you just posted if you need an example.

Problem is these dumb fuks spent years calling anyone who wanted to secure the border or was against ILLEGAL immigration as racists(lol migrants are a race) so they completely boxxed themselves in a corner.
90% of Trump voters here will call out Trump when he says stupid chit or hires fuk faces...but not a single lefty will call out for even hint at Biden having any responsibility for the border....and we're the cultists.

Obviously POTUS has some responsibility for the border, that's why I specifically said I think it's misguided to hold them "mainly" accountable. Just like intelligent people don't blame cops for the homeless problem when the city ordinance says it's not illegal to camp on the sidewalk or blame them for judges sentencing thieves to probation.
I hate to break the news, but no matter what they promise you, one guy isn't going to accomplish much with chit talk and executive orders. If that's the strategy they are selling then you should be skeptical (IMO).
The Republican party as a group could easily make lasting improvement if they made it a priority though. If not, maybe you shouldn't affiliate yourself with them and vote for their presidential nominee.
