What's something you've done that shows your age.

I had to explain to my cousin once that to play a multilayer game me and my friends had to download unreal tournament onto a USB and set up LAN on the school computers. He was also baffled that I couldn't just look up game guides on my phone, and that I had to wait to get into school, find a guide to the bit I was stuck on and print it out. Fkkn blew his mind when I told him we only had 5 channels on the t.v, 1 didn't work and 1 was dependent on the weather. Sucks getting old manee

Happened maybe 5 years ago now, but I woke up, went to the bathroom, did a massive sneeze, and threw out my back, lol.

I honestly thought that was a sign of things to come, but I’ve yet to throw out my back since.

Lol damn I remember pirating the sims 2, estimated download time was like 3 or 4 weeks it fluctuated. Now we can have gigabytes in minutes.

Living in Germany in the early/mid 80's. Traveled to Berlin with scouts. Had to take train through East Germany. Was a night train that they made you pull the shades down. Got to stand on bleachers and look over the Berlin wall. East Berlin was dreary AF. I must have been 8 or 9 at the time.

I’m 27 and was on the couch with my brother and cousins who are ~30/31 on xmas eve. My hot 17 year old girl cousin kept calling us boomers. I forgot why but it cut through me pretty hard.

Lol. I remember those times. I found a torrent for Voodoo brew, a Rolling Stones set of CDs of all the unreleased songs from the Voodoo Lounge tour. I was on 56k dial up at the time and that was close to a month downloading 4 ISO files and the scans of the CD covers with the phone tied up for most of the day.
