Starting to believe much of my life is being determined by the phase of the moon.

Is that possible, fellas? You boys have any insight on this? Been paying closer attention to the moon as of late. Full moon tonight. Having another dreadful string of bad luck. Same thing happened back in November. Full moon, BAM!... its bad luck duck. Unlucky ducky. Honestly, I'm not even sure the moon exists. Might be a hologram. I don't know, fellas. But I really suspect it has some level of impact on the day-to-day events taking place in my life. Have any of you boys noticed something similar?

Just remember that you’re not special. The Moon doesn’t give one toot about you.

Not just me, partner. I think it might be happening to everyone to some extent. That's why I'm asking you boys about it.

I know exactly how u feel

Except I get good luck when full moon and bad look when crescent moon

This happens all the time and I actively look at the moon before going places at night to see if I will have good or bad luck (srs)

What does this mean

Maybe there’s two types of humans

Good to know I'm not the only one noticing this. I really believe there's a connection. Mood, energy levels, luck... scientists don't even know what the moon is for. They don't understand why its up there. They theorize it has something to do with the tides, but they don't know for certain.

I'm going to try to keep a log of this. I suspect the impact on my life might be fairly severe.

Bruh, scientists know less than 0.01% of all information there is to be learned about the universe outside of our own planet. That's no reason to assume some hocus pocus chit is going on with the moon.

My theory is based on personal experience, skipper. I suspect there's a link between the phase of the moon and the events that occur in my day-to-day life. I'll be paying much closer attention moving forward. Maybe in a few months, I'll have more information and be able to draw some sort of conclusion.

Would be great if you started to take notice as well, my friend. Start paying attention instead of just dismissing this theory because the 0.01% scientists haven't told you what to believe yet.

It’s just weird because I’m the opposite

Everyone talks about full moon gives them bad luck but full moon is what I thrive in

I watch out for full moon to give me energy and good luck

If it’s Crescent moon/half moon I know I will run in into some bad luck like clock work

I’ll also catch myself weirdly staring at the moon right before I go out as If I’m in a trance and getting signals from it until I snap out of it

I certainly don't think its universal. I suspect different phases effect folks in different ways. I've also been reading that some people seem to believe that the moon can affect their dreams...? Types of dreams. Quality of sleep. Never heard of this before.

Is this realtea? Moon affects the tides, not the other way around.

The moon was created when an asteroid smashed into the earth, many moons ago.

They say the moon affects the tides, but they don't know. They couldn't explain the tides and they didn't know what the moon was for, so they came up with a theory to solve both problems. The "experts" have no idea what the purpose of the moon is or where it came from. Its controlling many aspects of your life and you're completely unaware, partner.

Far more likely you saw something about moon phase chit, internalized it, and then keep track of the moon which causes you to subconsciously change your moods. The moon isn’t affecting chit directly, just a sub par subconscious failing to properly express emotional states.

I'm primarily focusing on factors outside of my control. This is why I mention "luck." There's a certain element to life that we have control over. We can control things to a variable extent. But many things that happen to us are completely outside of our control and we can only react to it. There's a certain element of luck there, no? Good fortune, misfortune? You'll tell me there's no rhyme or reason to it, its all random, but I believe there have certainly been patterns in my own life. Moon phases aside. There have always been certain times of the year where things seem to go well for me. Uncontrollable factors. And certain times where things go poorly. Times of the month as well. I believe it to be a matter of luck. Good luck. Bad luck. And I believe that luck is controlled by external forces.

Back in the day Biorhythm's used to be all the rage.

Every store had a little biorythm vending machine arcade thing where you put in your birthday and it would tell you like the next 30 days predictions and the like based off the moon phases.

Soviet weightifters used to use it to plan their training like when they should be training heavy and when lighter and so on.

There is even some apps you can use to track it.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
