There you go. Right there. Not that it even matters. Mandates have the force of law. Period.
How come they don't mention the actual charge? Like it said, it was probably something like disorderly conduct.

Why are they being vague? And why as a lawyer are you falling for this?

Mandates issued by the Governor or President, do not mean a damn thing dum dum. It is the Sheriff, and only the Sheriff's decision on whether or not to enforce said mandates. I live in CA, we have a Constitutional Sheriff..no mandate was enforced in my hometown. It does not matter if the President tries to enforce the mandate either, the US is a Constitutional Republic in which the states USURP power to the Federal..not the other way around. Clearly you know jack chit of how this country operates

And his proof are vague articles.

It's like the articles that claimed that people were arrested for refusing to wear a mask in a business. Which is a lie, they were arrested for trespass.

Hopefully the lawyer knows this, I doubt it though.

Just like most libs, the guy is clueless on how things actually operate. Sheriifs have the control, and they are not a department because it is an elected position just like the office of the president or office of the governor. Whoever fills this office is accountable first and foremost to the Constitution of their state, then to the Constitution of the United States and finally to the citizens of his or her county.

It is an independent office, meaning that there is no government agency or position who hires or fires the sheriff, nor is there anyone who has the authority to tell the sheriff how he or she is to run their county or carry out his or her positional duties.

And trust me, after this, he'll scatter away like the cockroach he is, he's not the only one that believes that mandates equal law.

Benny, Patty, Sillie, all of the "educated" leftists believed it.....

Remember when the pro-vaccine flock were on board with people wearing arm bands denoting their status as vaccinated or unvaccinated?

Then a year later, when 20 year old kids started collapsing, dead, it became socially unacceptable to ask if they were vaccinated or not?

You have 18k posts since you took over this account in 2022, all either defending the vax or trannies being inappropriate with kids.

Probably time to log off and reevaluate your life. Surely there are better ways to earn a living?

Took over?

From whom?

How?

Why?

So many questions.

But, the answers are so disappointing
