Cook any healthy recipes lately?

I'm thinking about trying a chicken tortilla soup recipe. That can be prepared in a way where it is low calorie/low carb and so it's healthy

Any of you guys cook any healthy meals lately?

when I like to remind the GF that I am well capable of living a good life without her I do it in the kitchen. Rice Bowls are a regular example I use to remind her. SUPER EASY, RESTAURANT QUALITY TASTY....and I would say REASONABLY HEALTHY?

Been making baguettes lately.

Just flour, water, yeast and salt. i put in some everything bagel seasoning stuff too.

not really health so much but just those simple ingredients and they are delicious.
