I've skimmed it and honestly, it's all over the place, conflating the law enforcement activities TX has the right to conduct with those they don't, and at one point arguing they are using their "constitutional authority to deny illegal immigrants access to our country" while also boasting about how many migrants they have bused to other states.

I'm going to be accused of being an open border liberal or whatever, I don't really care, for having this argument. Again, I appreciate the sentiment of what Abbott is trying to do, but doing it isn't evidence that there is a constitutional right for states to control the federal border.

there is a constitutional right. Again..states USURP power to Federal...do you understand this? Not trying to be a jerk or sarcastic..I keep asking you this because I think you believe like most liberals that America is a Democracy, we are not, we are a Constitutional Republic in which the states hold the power, but have ALLOWED the Federal to oversee/hold some of the powers that are beholden of the unions. When the Federal fails to essentially do the job the states have assigned it to do, that power/responsibility falls back on the states...because it was always theirs (the stae(s) )to begin with.

It seems many people do not understand how this country operates, and it is astonishing

I think they probably have a right to protect their state borders whether the fake and gay federal borders overlap with them or not. All borders are imaginary things anyway and if no one is enforcing the federal border then it doesn't even exist in the imaginary sense so who cares

The country operates several different ways, smart ass. You're denying how a bill can get passed, as if there's only one other way. Then you proceed to act childish when challenged cause I threw you off your high horse and put you in your place. You came back seeking redemption, I tried to talk to you civilly to understand your perspective, and you did nothing but direct your lingering anger towards a so called dumbass in fear of getting bodied by my words cause you're under the impression that I enjoy owning Republicans. You were scared, confused, and ultimately a dumbass that misinterpreted my intentions.

Your opinion of nothing getting done through Senate and Congress =/= how the country operates.

You want me to be 100% honest with you? I gave you a second chance to have a discussion with me because I felt sorry for how badly I owned you the first couple pages.

Turns out your main objective was telling yourself you won't be another victim, when in reality I didn't know I even had victims till you brought it up. That's why you were relentlessly insulting turning a discussion into an unnecessarily aggressive full-on attack.

Call me dumb all you want, but I can read people well. You, my friend, are a vindictive, raging, desperate, scared little nut job whose main purpose in this thread was to win an argument rather than address the topic at hand. You don't deserve my sympathy and will never get it again.

Let's continue this tomorrow shall we? Cause unlike you I don't what people think on this forum.

Are you autistic or something? You type like an emotional girl after a bad break up lol. WTF is all that, a dear diary submission to try and save face?

You have no idea how this country operates, and when you finally are taught (by me) how it does, turns out all along you were just too stupid and too lazy to do anything about it other than to make angry internet posts. LOL.

What a fukin dork you are.

EDIT-I'd seriously delete your post, reread it..you are clearly mentally unstable lol.

Second thought...You might want to delete your account after a post like that..I'm saving that chit lol. Fukin unhinged lib gold. LOOOOL

Fukin dork..

I hold grudges against people who insult me after I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. You're no exception.

You need to re read your own posts. You're using insults I haven't heard since I was in 7th grade, yet you want to know where I went to college when you don't even understand how bills get passed in this country when everyone is taught that in history class in middle school. You've no idea how the country operates. No other miscer even suggested your argument, you're the only one.

You might not be a Trump supporter, but holy sht are you ignorant of how this country truly operates.

Dumbass retard so ignorant he's calling someone else a retard over a topic he's oblivious to. Talk about lack of self awareness.

I never even mentioned the bill because it has no barring, it's something you had to bring up just now to try and save some sort of face and keep yourself from looking like the retard you are...too late lol...if you don't think states usurp power to Federal, then you are truly the biggest retard here. It's like you've never taken a history class or even read the Constitution in your life (we both know you haven't). Start with the Federalist Papers, that's about as much as your smooth brain can handle at this point.

Now call your caretaker and have them roll you off to bed, that's enough internet for you tonight. Don't forget to wipe the drool from the keyboard before you go though. lol

The guy who said I lack reading comprehension lacks reading comprehension. This is what I'm talking about.
I know how passing a bill works. The senate already agrees, Biden would agree, the only ones that aren't agreeing are the Republicans in Congress. If Congress agreed as well, then the proposal would take affect.
Either you lack reading comprehension or you suffer from Alzheimers. Either way you're proving my point of you being a dumbass. You're now giving sleepy Joe a run for his money.

Off to bed already, huh? Scared to become my new "victim"?

Don't know, but you're sounding desperate asking this question like you're some type of virtuous professor trying to patronize just so you can childishly call me a dork or dum dum again. Truly pathetic self-righteous desperate attempt to prove to yourself you know how this country operates and I don't.

Proposal goes through Senate, Congress, then president. There's your bill. Understand you fking retard?

Did I really have to spell it out for you for the hundreth time? Oh wait, apparently I do cause you're an Alzheimers patient at the stage where it's difficult to swallow despite swallowing your boyfriend's jizz every night no problem.

You forgot you also said my MO here was to win arguments with Republicans, sleepy dementia Joe. I didn't know that, but I want to live up to your expectations.

Don't worry though, I'll keep posting and maybe you can educate me more on your Alzheimers symptoms, professor.

Now here's where I come in son.

I told you how this country operates through the Senate, etc when it comes to proposals for the border. This translates to how a proposal becomes a bill that gets passed. This is how the country operates.

As for your question, I already answered it from my previous post you dumb sht.

This is too easy. Everything you're challenging me with has already been answered from previous posts.

Fuk lacking reading comprehension, is English your second language or some sht? Is that why you couldn't articulate with any sense of clarity? It all makes sense now.

Just cause you have dementia like Joe Biden doesn't mean you support Biden dumbass. Should I start using Google translate for your dumbass? How many times is that now?

Edit: I kept posting. Now who looks like a dumbass.

Hola Senor professor of the constitution. You read the Constitution in spanish?

Want to know why I keep bring up the bill. Cause that's how this country operates. Through bills.

Ignorant trash.

You didn't discuss the bill cause it defeats your entire argument of how I don't know how the country operates. Another pathetic attempt to distance yourself from the main topic at hand for arguments sake.

And how exactly is what you said pertaining to the OP about the Senate discussing border proposals? My point still stands and you don't know how this country mainly operates. Congratulations. I mean nice try. You really thought you had me there didn't you? Don't take your bedtime Alzheimers meds yet you sorry ignorant dumbass.

You're making me feel sorry for you again.

You seriously should stop posting, I'm trying to be nice, but your ignorance and lack of education coupled with dumb-founded arrogance is not making it easy. You are an idiot, in all seriousness.

The Senate can discuss all the border proposals it likes, it has no barring on whether or not each and every state can secure their own border, because the STATES hold the power..not the Federal. The states have ALLOWED the Federal to oversee and enforce certain actions..however when they fail to do their duties, it is the States right and Constitutional authority to enact their duties as the Union.

You do not understand how this country operates, either you are extremely uneducated, or aren't even a citizen. This is basic knowledge. The fact that I've had to go this long with you is sad and only shows how simple minded you are.

What does a Constitutional Republic mean? (remember..use your own words)

Now you're talking in circles like some wanna-be Anachron. Do yourself a favor, don't call someone a retard if you're not so sure. That ignorant retard just gave you a diagnosis. Congrats on being my latest victim in informing you of your limited mental capabilities.

And that's a wrap.

Do me a favor and bookmark this page, read it every morning to suppress your overwhelming Alzheimers affliction.

Maybe next time they'll hopefully find a cure by then. In the meantime you can proceed to cry yourself to sleep you sorry ignoramus.
