I love how they're making it about the right, when the left spent all of 2020 burning, looting, and murdering. This really isn't all that new. Pretty much every health insurance plan excludes treatment arising out of Acts of War or Terrorism.

Should be interesting how it's applied after Leftists riot and burn cities this November.

So far the 2020 BLM rioters across several cities have gotten paid millions of dollars. The last one I saw was 50 rioters who got paid around $10 million because the police were a little rough and didn't handle them like 5 yr olds. Burn Loot Murder - get paid. Will they get paid when they repeat themselves? This spring or summer will the media push 24/7 a video of a non-white person evading police after committing a crime, pulling out a cell phone or fake gun and getting shot? Probably, and then the rioters will reactivate like the summer of arson love 2020. Will they or the people they injure be excluded? Probably not.
