a few family members died in a car accident this yesterday

immediate family and a relative. i wasn't very close to them but now i feel like i'm on the verge of a full blown mental breakdown. i've contemplated ending it. my mind is so out of wack. suddenly i don't give a chit about anything and have been lashing out at people today. i've been really depressed before and i don't get why this is happening to me since i wasn't really close to those family members in the first place

what the actual **** do i do

The fukk is killing yourself going to do?

Won’t make you feel better

Won’t bring them back

You **** up other people mentally

Sorry to hear it that’s sad AF. Nothing we say will make it better. Only time and grieving will do that.

Loved ones dying is something that happens to almost all of us sooner or later. All you can do is give it time bro.

Go through the motions, do the things you have to do. Eat well, exercise. Spend time with others. Slowly you'll start to come good.
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

let this be a lesson.

I've been saying it since forever...do not be a carcel (i have a prius ...and a toyota truck I rarely drive). Driving is simply the most dangerous thing most people do.

you should value life more and value driving less.

The older I get the more I realize this. It’s very sad and people treat driving extremely lightly like it’s a game. Our license tests should be 100x harder.

I know someone who's late 20s wife and son died in car crash. 5 year old sister survived. Dad was at work.

He said worst part is his daughter misses her brother/mom(not the actual deaths but the surviving child's grief).

Agree that being a carcell is overrated. Buying a safe car is paramount to me with kids. Also avoid driving at night if possible

the truly shocking thing is there aren't many many more accidents.

Been driving like a grandma since forever. ....yesterday I saw 3 cars pass by on the freeway all within 10ft of each other going 75mph. I was driving muh prius like 55mph in the right lane and thought....only one thing has to go wrong for all three of those cars people to be ended (it was also rainy, dark).

I like the design & engineering of cars but the whole going fast imperative is really for low IQ people, don't care how much money they have to buy said fast car.

So sorry for your loss OP.Even if you weren't close it's your family and of course that's going to be super hard. Let yourself grieve.

That wouldn't do any good since everyone is texting while driving. Not like they'll do that during the test to get flunked.

While the fleeting quality of life may seem discouraging at first, there is a deep wisdom in acknowledging its impermanent nature. Individuals should embrace the splendor of fleeting moments and nurture a sincere appreciation for the encounters they come across.
Your schtick sucks and it screams insecurity.

Also OP you’re probably feeling this way because even though you weren’t close, now you don’t have the opportunity to become close which is probably what hurts the most and has you confused.

So you have to ask yourself how much of your emotions right now is from a sort of selfish greed and how much is actually you being devastated.

Only you can answer that. I wish I had magic words to help but I don’t. Only the experience from losing my family members over time and that it gets better. We’re the lucky ones, we’re still here. All we can do is live for them and ourselves.

It would actually do a lot. It would weed out the stupid people, which is why there are so many accidents. It’s not about proving aptitude, it’s about weeding out enough morons.

No offense but depending on his beliefs the thought process might be that he'd be able to see them again. Maybe don't be a f*cking dumbass retard before oyu respond and try to empathize instead of going off on some rant like you did. I know the intentions meant well but this is a poor attempt to back him down bro.

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Sorry for your loss OP.

Try to have patience and grace for those around you. Especially those that may not know/understand what you are dealing with.

But like others have said, give yourself permission and time to grieve. Take care of your health. And make effort to spend time with those in your life that you are the closest to.

You're gonna get through it. Time is always the best medicine.

it's smart. carrying a family of four in two separate cars so that if there's an accident atleast two people survive.
