Anyone else eat raw garlic daily

If it's not garlic I'm chugging down cayenne pepper and water.

What's your daily Cancation for your health?

Use to do it with olive oil but can't afford the stuff at the present time.

One thing is certain unless you are well off eating healthy will.keep you broke. But it's a wise investment.

Oh, I like it with chicken breast and beef etc etc. Sometimes though I just enjoy it in a more purified form raw. When I use it with foods I fry it over low heat for a bit first. I've found the more Raw it is the more heat it gives off. So I tend to mix it up cooked for the taste with foods and raw just for the maximum health benefits.

Enjoy your garlic.
