Cialis "Tadalafil" and other PDE5 inhibitors such as viagra, etc, should have no impact on your sex drive (libido) all they do is increase blood flow to the penis facilitating an erection. This is why men suffering from impotence due to a stunted libido don't find much relief from cialis and other drugs

With better blood flow, sexual thoughts that will normally turn into a small chub that isn't noticeable in shorts turn into a throbbing boner on Cialis. I take Cialis preworkout and sometimes have to tuck my boner in my waistband. (Super Ded fkn Srs)
